GFS: Commerce Amends GlobalFoundries CHIPS Award to Reallocate $955 million

The U.S. Department of Commerce announced an agreement with GlobalFoundries to amend its existing CHIPS Program award and reallocate $955 million to accelerate investments in silicon photonics, silicon-germanium, and advanced packaging.
